Roland L. Gordon

Chief Financial Officer

Roland Gordon is chief financial officer and directs overall financial plans, accounting practices and financial reporting for WinWholesale Inc. and the Win Group of Companies headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. He is a member of the board of directors of Noland Company, a WinWholesale wholly owned subsidiary with nearly 70 locations mainly in the Southeast.

WinWholesale owns a majority equity stake in more than 450 Win local companies across the United States. The Win and Noland locations distribute plumbing supplies; heating and air conditioning materials; electrical equipment; industrial pipes, valves and fittings; pumps; waterworks supplies; and fasteners. WinWholesale continues to grow by offering unique entrepreneurial opportunities in an industry supporting the residential and commercial construction markets.

Gordon joined WinWholesale in 1999 as a manager with Dapsco Inc. (now WinWholesale Group Services) in Reno, Nevada. The Reno office provided complete business services for Win local companies in its geographic area. From Reno, Gordon took a position as the risk manager with Dapsco Inc. in Dayton, Ohio.

Following WinWholesale’s acquisition of Noland Company in 2005, Gordon was appointed its chief financial officer and liaison to the subsidiary. He was appointed to his current position in August 2011.

Before joining WinWholesale, Gordon was employed by the New York Life Insurance Company in Reno and provided case consultant services on the Field Technology Information System, the system used by all company agents.

Gordon received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an accounting major from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. He holds a number of professional certifications and designations, including certified public accountant, certified management accountant, certified internal auditor and certified fraud examiner.
