Michael Souders is vice president, Sales, for WinWholesale Inc. In his position, Souders leads the National Sales group focusing on national and regional contractors. He also provides sales and sales management training and development, and consultative services to Win Group of Companies locations to enhance their sales efforts.

WinWholesale owns a majority equity stake in more than 450 local Win companies across the United States and also owns a subsidiary, Noland Company, which has more than 70 locations mainly in the Southeast. The Win and Noland local companies distribute plumbing supplies; heating and air conditioning materials; electrical equipment; industrial pipes, valves and fittings; pumps; waterworks supplies; and fasteners. WinWholesale continues to grow by offering unique entrepreneurial opportunities in an industry supporting the residential and commercial construction markets.

Souders joined WinWholesale in October 2007 as vice president of the Central Region. He was appointed vice president of Sales in April 2010.  Previously, he was vice president of sales for Heat Controller, Inc. a Jackson, Michigan, manufacturer of residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. While with Heat Controller, Inc. he was part of the senior management team that tripled the company’s business in eight years.

Souders attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
